Sales Head - Mortgages & Loan Against Property (LAP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive acquisition of high-quality LAP and Mortgage customers through DSAs, DSTs, and other direct sourcing channels.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Managers, DSTs, and coordinate with DSAs to ensure consistent lead generation and file movement.
• Build and expand a strong and productive network of DSAs; ensure regular engagement and performance monitoring of at least 15–20 active DSAs.
• Onboard, empanel, and activate new DSAs in untapped and potential markets.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets for self and team.
• Ensure strict adherence to product policies, documentation, and credit norms during sourcing.
• Regularly update and train the sales team and channel partners on product changes, market trends, and competition benchmarking.
• Monitor team performance, ensure productivity benchmarks, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Work closely with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams to ensure seamless disbursement and service delivery.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in LAP/Mortgage sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in an NBFC.
