Sales Head – Medical Devices

The Sales Head will lead sales strategy, manage and mentor the sales team, drive revenue growth, build strong key account relationships, identify new business opportunities, set sales targets, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

In-depth knowledge of medical devices and healthcare software, strong leadership, and strategic market insight are required.


Responsibilities

Drive sales of medical devices and healthcare software.

Manage key accounts – hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, healthcare providers.

Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence.

Lead and mentor the sales team for high performance.

Build strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers.

Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical solutions.

Ensure compliance with medical regulations and ethical standards.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams.

Provide sales forecasting and performance reports to management.

Negotiate contracts, tenders, and strategic partnerships.


Qualifications:

10+ years of proven experience in medical device & software sales required.
