Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Head to lead our admissions, marketing, and outreach activities. The ideal candidate should be result-oriented, skilled in team management, and capable of driving revenue growth through strategic sales plans and effective marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual admission targets
  • Lead the counseling, tele-calling, and field teams to improve performance and conversions
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to generate qualified leads
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and external partners for referrals
  • Monitor daily lead flow, follow-ups, and conversion activities across branches
  • Supervise creative, social media, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and admission data to recommend improvements
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports to management
  • Oversee admission process quality, customer experience, and service standards
  • Coordinate with branch managers, academic teams, and management for smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (education sector preferred)
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Ability to create and execute strategic sales plans
  • Expertise in lead management, student counseling, and conversion strategies
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic digital marketing understanding
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
