Loan DSA (Direct Selling Agent)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire large sales teams to consistently achieve and exceed targets

Key Requirements

• 15-20 years of experience in the Loan DSA or financial lending industry
• Proven leadership in building and scaling high-performance sales teams
• Strong market knowledge, with a deep understanding of DSA models and retail lending
• Excellent business development skills with a focus on strategic expansion
• Well-connected in the industry, with a strong professional network
