Requirements

  • Education: Graduate / MBA preferred
  • B.Com, BBA, B.Tech (Electronics)
  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in B2B or industrial sales
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM software
  • Ability to meet deadlines and achieve monthly sales goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients
  • Present company products and solutions effectively to clients
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle client queries efficiently
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams for timely deliveries
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote company products
  • Maintain CRM records and track all client communications and updates
