About the Role

Eduport Academy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Sales Head with a proven background in EdTech to lead and scale our national inside sales operations. This is not just a leadership title — this role demands complete ownership of our sales vertical, revenue performance, and the ability to strategically lead a 200+ member team across multiple layers of the sales hierarchy.

We are not entertaining applicants without EdTech experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of sales performance and revenue generation across all verticals.
  • Lead a multi-tiered sales team comprising:
  • Senior Sales Managers
  • Business Development Managers
  • Training Managers
  • Business Development Executives (Telecallers)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Build systems for monitoring sales metrics, performance reviews, and incentive structures.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews, pipeline management, and team training interventions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and operations teams to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Implement process improvements and CRM discipline for higher productivity and conversion.

Who We’re Looking For

✅ Minimum 5–8 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 3–5 years in a Sales Leadership role

✅ Mandatory experience in the Edtech sector (applications without this will be rejected)

✅ Proven ability to manage and lead large sales teams (200+ team members)

✅ Strong understanding of sales KPIs, telecalling environments, and CRM systems

✅ Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills

✅ Track record of achieving or exceeding aggressive sales targets
