Role Description As an Academic Mentor at Eduport Academy, you will be responsible for mentoring students and ensuring their academic success. Your role will involve understanding the learning needs of each student, providing personalized guidance, and tracking their progress to help them achieve their academic goals. Qualifications and Skills Graduation (Science Background Needed for Science mentors) Above 85% in Plus Two Stream. The mentor should listen, empathise and show an interest in their mentee. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Cool-tempered and able to handle the student concerns. Ability to maintain the student and reduce the discontinue of students. Responsibilities: Provide guidance, advice, feedback and support to mentee. Providing academic support and guidance to students to help them excel in their studies. Preparing the study documents of students like marksheet, progress card etc. Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to parents to keep them informed.
