Sales Head (Director/Associate Director)

As the GCC (Global Captive Centers) Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales efforts for GCCs in India. Your role will require a strategic mindset and a strong understanding of the market dynamics within the GCC space. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategy for the GCC accounts in India, in alignment with the global business objectives. - Engage with key clients, prospects, and industry experts to build strategic relationships. Add new logos and mine existing engagements to expand the market share. - Work closely with the Global Sales Leads and Service Line leaders to plan and execute market entry strategies for new products or services, ensuring successful traction. - Collaborate with internal teams including presales, marketing, delivery to align sales efforts and deliver a high-quality client experience. - Act as a senior ambassador of the business by representing at industry events, conferences, and seminars. - Prepare and present regular updates on sales performance, market trends for India GCC accounts to the Global Head of Sales. Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience with proven expertise in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within the GCC region or similar international markets. - Strong business acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to negotiate and influence at all stakeholder levels. - Preferably from service industry background. - Willingness to travel across the country to meet GCC customers as needed. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.,
