Sales Growth Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Growth Associate who can drive sell-through at the store level and build long-term partnerships with key retail accounts — including top baby stores and standalone outlets. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role focused on growing store performance, ensuring timely replenishment, and maximizing visibility for our brands across retail touchpoints.

You’ll get the opportunity to collaborate with some of India’s most premium retail chains and specialty baby stores, making a real impact on how global products reach Indian parents. This is a hybrid role, with a balance of office-based coordination and on-ground retail visits — not a full-time field sales job.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned retail partners
• Manage reorders, stock levels, and ensure on-time replenishment
• Track in-store sell-through performance and suggest growth actions
• Ensure execution of visual merchandising, product training, and promotions
• Address delivery, operational, or stock challenges proactively
• Share field insights to help shape strategy and brand-level decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams (supply, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B retail sales, key account handling, or merchandising
• Prior experience in chain stores, lifestyle, or baby product categories preferred
• Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and reporting
• Willingness to travel locally for store visits and partner meetings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
