Sales & Growth Associate

This is a sales-focused, target-based internship. Your responsibility is to sell our Course priced at ₹3,000 through direct outreach, follow-ups, and conversions. This role is NOT fixed-salary Earnings are directly linked to conversions you close. If you are uncomfortable with selling, convincing, or follow-ups, do not apply. Course Price: ₹3,000 per student Target Audience: Students / early professionals (details & pitch provided) Compensation Structure (Read Carefully) : INR 500 per successful conversion No cap on earnings Example: 10 conversions = ₹5,000 20 conversions = ₹10,000 50 conversions = ₹25,000 100 conversations = ₹50,000 Opportunity to continue as a paid growth associate based on performance ⚠️ There is no fixed stipend/salary. This is a pure performance-based role.
