About the Role:

Affiliate Sales Executive (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in onboarding new affiliates and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
• Support the affiliate team in managing day-to-day operations of affiliate campaigns.
• Monitor affiliate performance, traffic sources, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement sales and promotional strategies.
• Assist in preparing performance reports and insights for management.
• Research and identify potential affiliates to expand the partner network.
• Ensure affiliates follow company policies and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (freshers can apply).
• Strong interest in

  digital marketing, affiliate marketing, and sales

  .
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of online marketing concepts (CPS, CPL, CPA) will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
