Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to start their career in sales and are eager to learn, grow, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential customers through calls, field visits, or lead sources.
• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
• Identify customer needs and suggest the right solutions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of inquiries, sales activities, and customer interactions.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of sales concepts (training will be provided).
• Ability to work under targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails).

Qualifications

• Any Graduate / 12th Pass with good communication skills.
• No prior experience required.

Pay: ₹15,046.63 - ₹30,910.49 per month
