About the Role

We are seeking motivated and result-driven individuals to join our Affiliate Sales team.

Whether you are a fresher eager to start your career in affiliate marketing or an experienced

professional with proven expertise in driving sales through affiliate channels, this role offers

Key Responsibilities

● Identify, recruit, and manage new affiliates, publishers, and partnerships.

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to maximize sales.

● Monitor affiliate performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.

● Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing affiliate campaigns(CPS and CPL).

● Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, design, etc.) to ensure affiliate

promotions are aligned with business goals.

● Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new tools in affiliate

marketing.

● For freshers: Learn and adapt quickly to tools, strategies, and campaign

management.

● For experienced candidates: Contribute with strategy building, scaling programs, and

mentoring junior members if required.

Requirements

● Fresher:

○ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

○ Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

○ Eagerness to learn digital/affiliate marketing concepts.

○ Basic understanding of online sales/marketing will be a plus.

● Experienced (1–3 Years):

○ Proven track record in affiliate sales, business development, or digital

marketing.

○ Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and analytics.

○ Ability to drive revenue through strategic partnerships and campaigns.

○ A strong network of affiliates will be an added advantage.
