Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales - Field Executive to join our team at Blue Chip Finance Pvt. Ltd., playing a key role in driving business growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and finance, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales revenue.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and promotions.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and finance, with a minimum of 2 years in a related field.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investment banking, equity, derivatives, and fixed income.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
