We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Expert to join our two-wheeler dealership team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchase process to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience. 🎯 Key Responsibilities • Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and enthusiasm • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable two-wheeler models • Provide detailed product information, including features, pricing, and financing options • Conduct test rides and explain vehicle performance and safety features • Follow up with potential leads and maintain customer relationships • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets • Coordinate with the finance and service departments to ensure smooth delivery • Maintain showroom cleanliness and vehicle display standards • Stay updated on new models, industry trends, and competitor offerings 🧠 Qualifications & Skills • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales (two-wheeler preferred) • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • Basic knowledge of vehicle financing and insurance processes • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus FRESHERS CAN APPLY TO FIELD TEAM-WHO WILL BE PROMOTED AFTER 1 YEAR
