About Us

We are a fast-growing real estate firm specializing in premium residential and commercial projects across NCR. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Expert to join our team and drive high-value property sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations to close sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches in Gurugram/NCR.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead follow-up and client servicing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 0–3 years in real estate sales (luxury/primary/secondary market preferred).
• Strong network of investors, brokers, and HNI clients in Gurugram/NCR.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
