Roles & Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Call on the provided database to generate revenue and increase the customer base.
• Handle Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Domestic Calling, Outbound/Cold Calling, Client Relationship Management, and related tasks.
• Maintain documentation and communicate customer queries and details to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving assigned goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Exhibit patience, empathy, and effective communication skills to connect with customers passionately.

Requirements:

• Education

  : Bachelors degree

• Experience

  : Min 1 year of experience in the field of Sales and Marketing.

Communicate: Effectively in English & Kannada (Must) Telugu, Hindi, Tamil (Preferable)

• Skills

  : Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. Ability to adapt quickly to market changes and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Notice

  Period

  : Immediately available till 15 days notice.
