Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager- ( Product Solar Module and Inverter )based in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be expected to lead a sales team, provide training and guidance, and work closely with other departments to ensure effective client solutions. Qualifications Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies, and creating sales reports Experience in market research and identifying new business opportunities Leadership skills, with experience in training and managing a sales team Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work on-site in Noida with a flexible schedule Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus Experience in the industrial or commercial sector is preferred
