Job Overview

Techno Artist India is a leading digital marketing agency specializing in web design, development, and comprehensive digital marketing services. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing new client relationships, and maintaining ongoing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Actively prospect and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead-generation methods.
• Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Present digital marketing, web design, and development services to prospective clients, effectively explaining the benefits and features of our offerings. Negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Market Research: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and help refine sales strategies.
• Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients. Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, client interactions, and sales performance using CRM tools. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and service offerings.
• Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
