Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Laptop Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling laptops, accessories, and related products to customers, while providing excellent service and product knowledge to help them make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their laptop requirements.
Demonstrate and explain product features, specifications, and benefits.
Recommend suitable laptops and accessories based on customer needs and budget.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
Maintain updated knowledge of laptop brands, models, configurations, and pricing.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
Assist in maintaining store displays, stock arrangement, and cleanliness.
Prepare sales invoices, process payments, and update sales records.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and promotions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
