Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Actively prospect and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead-generation methods. Sales Presentations & Negotiations : Present digital marketing, web design, and development services to prospective clients, effectively explaining the benefits and features of our offerings. Negotiate contracts and pricing. Market Research : Research industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and help refine sales strategies. Customer Engagement : Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients. Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities. Sales Reporting : Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, client interactions, and sales performance using CRM tools. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team. Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and service offerings.
