Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive Milk Division

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for packaged milk and value-added dairy products.
  
• Manage and expand distribution through retail outlets, distributors, and milk booth partners in assigned territory.
  
• Ensure timely availability of milk stock and coordinate daily supply with logistics and depot teams.
  
• Monitor product freshness, shelf-life compliance, and adherence to cold chain standards.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
  
• Execute trade promotions, in-store branding, and product sampling activities to increase visibility and sales.
  
• Track competitor pricing, schemes, and market activities; share insights with the sales team.
  
• Collect orders, manage invoicing accuracy, follow up on payments, and ensure credit discipline.
  
• Maintain daily sales reports (DSR), outlet coverage details, and route mapping.
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (preferably in Business/Commerce/Marketing).
  
• 3–6 years of FMCG or dairy sales experience preferred.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and field execution skills.
  
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and handle market challenges.
  
• Knowledge of local geography and retail network is an added advantage.
