As a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive within the NAP (UPVC, PVC, WPC) business unit, your role is crucial in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing project sales, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and generating business opportunities in UPVC, PVC, and WPC categories. - Managing end-to-end project sales, from lead generation to closure. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and interior designers. - Conducting regular visits to project sites, architect offices, and channel partners. - Engaging and expanding influencer networks to enhance brand visibility. - Providing product presentations, technical support, and pricing discussions. - Tracking market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects. - Ensuring regular reporting of sales activities, funnel management, and target achievements. - Coordinating with internal teams for seamless project execution. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the building materials industry. - Proven experience in project sales and handling influencers/architects. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to independently work towards and achieve sales targets. - Willingness to travel for project and influencer visits.
