We are looking for a well known Dairy company

Role & responsibilities

Drive B2B Sales Growth:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Heritage Ice Cream SKUs across assigned territory.
Institutional Client Acquisition:
Identify, prospect, and onboard new HoReCa, canteen, corporate, and distributor partners.
Account Management:
Strengthen relationships with existing customers to increase repeat orders and product penetration.
Order & Delivery Coordination:
Book orders, coordinate with logistics/cold chain team, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Product Visibility & Promotion:
Conduct sampling, product demos, menu listing, and support trade activation for Ice Cream range.
Market Mapping:
Cover key zones, track competitor pricing, schemes, innovations, and share actionable insights.

Preferred candidate profile

2 - 4 years experience in
Ice Cream / Dairy / FMCG B2B or HoReCa sales
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-relationship skills.
Good understanding of
cold chain
, freezer placement, and ice cream product handling.
Ability to deliver targets in a fast-paced, competitive market.
