Description We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Executives for our insurance division in India. The ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of experience in sales and will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Present insurance products to clients and provide recommendations based on their requirements. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients. Collaborate with the underwriting and claims departments to ensure client satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to understand and analyze insurance products and policies. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.
