Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and ambitious Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Nashik. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing existing customer relationships, promoting our [Specify your company's products/services, e.g., industrial products, services, software solutions, consumer goods], and consistently achieving sales targets. This role requires strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to business development. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, market research, and referrals. Research potential clients and market segments to understand their business needs and identify sales opportunities. Client Acquisition & Sales Pitch: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present our products/services. Deliver compelling and persuasive presentations or product/service demonstrations, effectively highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions. Understand customer pain points and propose tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. Target Achievement & Negotiation: Consistently meet or exceed assigned individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals. Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions to successfully close sales deals. Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and agreements accurately and promptly. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, foster loyalty, and drive repeat business and referrals. Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing client queries and concerns effectively. Market Feedback & Reporting: Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, pipeline stages, and sales forecasts in the CRM system or designated database. Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports and performance analyses to the Sales Manager. Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., technical, operations, accounts, logistics) to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and resolve any customer-related issues. Assist the accounts department in payment follow-ups and collection efforts as required.
