Job Title: Sales Executive / Field Sales Executive / Direct Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (Individual Contributor) Department: Sales / Marketing / Business Development Reports To: Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Team Leader Location: Nashik, Maharashtra, India (This role involves significant field travel within Nashik city, Nashik district, and potentially surrounding areas). Job Summary: We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively identifying new sales opportunities, engaging with potential and existing customers, presenting our products/services, and achieving individual sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to building strong customer relationships in the field. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, referrals, and market research within the assigned territory. Initiate contact with potential customers, qualify their needs, and effectively position our products/services. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct professional sales presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients at their locations (e.g., homes, offices, retail outlets, factories). Clearly articulate the value proposition, features, and benefits of our offerings to meet specific customer requirements. Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently work towards and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming activities to enhance sales effectiveness. Negotiation & Closing: Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively, providing accurate information and solutions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to successfully close sales deals. Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts accurately and in a timely manner. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals. Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints effectively and promptly to ensure satisfaction. Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to share with the sales management team. Market Intelligence & Reporting: Keep abreast of competitive activities, pricing strategies, and market trends within the territory. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly activity reports, sales forecasts, and expense reports accurately and on time. Utilize CRM software or reporting tools to record customer interactions, update lead status, and manage sales pipelines. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products/services, including their technical specifications, pricing, and competitive advantages.
