Sales Executive

candidate will be responsible for lead management, client interaction, project presentation, site

visits, negotiation, and closing deals while maintaining high levels of professionalism and client

satisfaction. This role demands strong communication skills, relationship management, and the

ability to achieve sales targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on real estate projects, market trends, and regulations.
• Handle all assigned leads in CRM and qualify prospects based on budget, location preferences,

and timelines.

• Make daily calls on available data to identify and qualify new prospects.
• Do daily follow-ups with assigned leads and schedule and conduct site visits.
• Build trust with clients by understanding their requirements and suggesting the most suitable

property options.

• Negotiate and close deals as per the companys sales process.
• Ensure client satisfaction post-sales for referrals and repeat business.
• Update daily work reports (calls, follow-ups, site visits, deal status) and report to the Team Leader.
• Coordinate with the Team Leader for daily action plans and implement new strategies suggested

by management.

• Share regular market feedback on pricing, competitors, and customer concerns with management

and peers.

• Actively participate in training sessions for continuous skill improvement.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in alignment with company goals.
• Maintain proper office discipline, punctuality, and grooming standards during client interactions.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Strong ability to convert leads into confirmed site visits and bookings.
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven approach.
• Good knowledge of local real estate projects and market trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
