Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer + Video Content Creator who can handle

both static creatives and short-form video editing. The ideal candidate should be capable of visual storytelling,

brand aesthetics, and campaign-focused designing, specifically for Real Estate marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging Reels, Shorts, and Video edits for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Design static creatives for Meta Ads, Google Display Ads, Website Banners, Emailers & Brochures.
Develop visually appealing Property Showcase videos, Project Highlight videos & Location Advantage visuals.
Design Flyers, Hoardings, Project Branding Material, Sales Decks & Print Collaterals.
Edit and retouch property images to enhance visual quality and appeal.
Maintain brand consistency across digital and print media.
Work closely with Marketing & Sales teams to understand campaign objectives.
Repurpose and optimize creative assets across multiple social platforms.
Stay updated with design trends, platform style changes, and modern ad formats.
Be open to constructive feedback, revisions, and iterative improvement.

Required Skills

Strong sense of visual composition, typography, color theory & layout design.
Good storyboarding and storytelling ability for Reels/Short videos.
Understanding of Digital Marketing Creatives, especially Lead Gen ads in Real Estate.

Creativity + speed + accuracy + attention to detail.
Professional attitude Should handle feedback and revisions without irritation.
