SALES EXECUTIVE/MANAGER

About the Role

Wisefolks Media & Entertainment LLP is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive/Manager to join our growing team. This role is crucial for nurturing and expanding relationships with new clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and contributing to our sustained growth. We are looking for a professional who can strategically manage client accounts, identify new opportunities, and act as a primary person between clients and organisation.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Client Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships (B2B) by understanding their needs and objectives, and serving as their primary point of contact.

• Strategic Account Growth:

  Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing key accounts, including upselling and cross-selling Wisefolks' comprehensive communication, digital, creative, events, and capacity-building services.

• Project Oversight:

  Collaborate closely with internal teams (content, design, video, social media, sales) to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects that meet client expectations and project objectives.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Analyse client feedback, and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

• Proposal & Presentation:

  Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, showcasing our value and results.

• Problem Resolution:

  Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of client service.

• Market Insight:

  Stay updated on industry trends, client industries, and competitor activities to provide strategic advice to clients and identify new avenues for partnership.

Requirements

• Experience:

  Minimum 3 to 7 years of proven experience in Business Development, client servicing roles with multiple industries.

• Industry Background:

  Prior experience working with or within media houses, production houses, YouTube channels, radio channels, or PR agencies is highly preferred.

• Client Management Skills:

  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, with excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Communication:

  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.

• Business Acumen:

  Strong understanding of sales principles, client life cycle management, and the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.

• Collaboration

  : Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
