Job Summary:

Phoenix Elevators India Pvt. Ltd. - Pune is a leading provider of innovative and reliable elevator solutions. We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Executives/Managers to join our growing team in Pune and Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for our range of passenger, freight, and custom elevators. This is a field work-intensive role, open to individuals with a passion for sales, ranging from freshers eager to start their career to experienced professionals looking for their next challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This is a field-based position requiring regular travel within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, including architects, builders, developers, and facility managers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our elevator systems.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the elevator industry.
  • Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • For Freshers:

    A degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing). A strong willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude are essential.
  • For Experienced Professionals:

    A proven track record of successful sales, preferably in a B2B environment or the construction/building materials industry. Experience selling technical products is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory (Pune/Mumbai).
