Senior / Junior Lift Installation & Maintenance Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Installation:

  Lead and execute the installation of new elevator systems, ensuring all work adheres to company standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.

• Maintenance & Servicing:

  Perform comprehensive monthly servicing and preventative maintenance on a variety of lifts, including inspecting, diagnosing, and adjusting components to guarantee optimal performance and safety.

• Breakdown Calls:

  Efficiently respond to and resolve emergency breakdown calls. This includes troubleshooting complex issues, identifying root causes, and performing timely repairs to minimize downtime.

• Quality Assurance:

  Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard of quality and complies with all relevant industry regulations.

• Documentation:

  Maintain detailed and accurate records of all installations, maintenance checks, and repairs.

• Customer Service:

  Interact professionally with clients, providing clear communication on service status and solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience:

  Minimum of 1 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in lift installation and maintenance.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Strong expertise in the mechanical and electrical components of elevator systems, including controllers, motors, and safety circuits.

• Problem-Solving:

  Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively under pressure.

• Teamwork:

  Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work Schedule:

• Working Hours:

  Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
