Role Overview:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire
B2B clients
(malls, hotels, hospitals, builders, fuel stations, etc.) and
B2C franchise investors
.
Present Xobolt’s
franchise model
and
charging solutions
, highlighting investment returns, technical capabilities, and 24x7 support.
Understand client needs and customize proposals for different property types or business models.
Conduct site surveys in coordination with the technical team for feasibility and capacity planning.
Build and manage a strong pipeline via field visits, digital leads, and referrals.
Negotiate and close deals, ensure smooth onboarding, and maintain long-term relationships.
Stay updated with EV policy, market trends, and competitors in the charging space.
Attend EV exhibitions and local franchise expos for business development.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in
EV, solar, infrastructure, real estate, or B2C franchise sales
.
Strong persuasion and consultative selling skills.
Ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms to non-technical customers.
Self-starter who can manage multiple leads and follow through independently.
Willingness to travel locally or regionally for meetings and site visits.
