Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Attend meetings, training, and industry events to stay updated on market trends.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development (B2B or B2C) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of the IT/Service industry is a plus.
