Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
  • Identify potential clients' needs and provide solutions using Lime's products/services.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering) to understand product capabilities and effectively communicate value proposition to clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by consistently generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining a high level of activity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Industrial Sales, Corporate Sales, Mail Drafting, Cold Calling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (BCA/BBA/BMS).
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
