Job Title: India Sales Customer Growth & Expansion Location: Bangalore, India Travel Requirement: Approximately 25% Role Summary: We are seeking motivated sales professionals to join our India-based Customer Growth & Expansion team. This is not a cold sales or new acquisition role. Instead, the focus is on deepening existing customer relationships across international markets to drive expansion, cross-sell, upsell, and user engagement . The role requires strong communication skills, customer relationship management, and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities within a defined portfolio of global clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow relationships with existing international customers . Drive expansion revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new needs within current accounts. Oversee billing coordination , customer feedback collection, and user engagement initiatives. Work closely with end users to gather insights on feature needs , service feedback , and referrals . Handle a portfolio of 5-15 international clients , across Middle East, Africa, North America, and Europe . Conduct regular touchpoints via phone, video calls, and email , ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and engagement. Meet and exceed defined growth targets tied to existing accounts. Collaborate with internal teams (product, customer support, operations) to ensure customer success and retention. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any degree. 1+ years of experience in sales, account management. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Proven ability to manage client relationships across geographies and time zones. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment, with a focus on relationship-based sales . Strong email etiquette and phone communication skills . Preferred Qualifications: Experience in international account handling . Exposure to SaaS, IT services, or tech-enabled businesses is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and customer engagement platforms.
