Job description Job Title : Business Development Representative (BDR) Work Location : Bangalore (WFO) Work from office (12 PM to 9 PM or 1PM to 10 PM) Experience: 3+ Year experience in Business Development for IT / ITES organisation Job Description: Self-motivated, high energy, & dynamic and result orient inside sales Role and Responsibilities: Understand company products and their value proposition Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn & Phone to generate and qualify leads. The expectation is to send 50 personalized targeted emails and 25 dials/day with a minimum of 2 connects. Monthly Appointment Targets - 8 Quality Leads Update and maintain daily activity and key information in the CRM Market research ability of profiling companies and titles and creating target lists using tools like LinkedIn, Google, Apollo.io etc. Required Candidates profile 3 years of Experience in Lead generation and SDR role Self-motivated, high energy, & dynamic and result orient inside sales Excellent written and verbal communication. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills. Strong email and phone communication skills - able to understand different industry verticals Proficiency in making brief presentations Proficiency in using Sales tools like LinkedIn, Hunter, Apollo.io etc.
