Key responsibilities Prospecting and lead generation: Actively find new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending events. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Product demonstration: Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers. Negotiation and closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales goals. Sales administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, manage a customer database, and generate performance reports. Market research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Achieve targets: Work towards and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Internal collaboration: Work with other departments like marketing and customer support to ensure a smooth customer experience.
