Job Summary:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Assist in developing sales plans and strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Close deals and help the company grow its revenue base.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and management to refine sales processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a startup environment.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and office software.
