Sales Executive — Tailor Shop, Indore (Monthly CTC ₹15,000–₹25,000)

We’re hiring a friendly, target-driven Sales Executive to join our tailor shop team in Indore. This role blends customer service, product knowledge, and local outreach to grow footfall and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their tailoring needs, and recommend suitable fabrics, styles, and add-ons.
• Upsell value-added services (alterations, custom fittings, express delivery, embroidery, etc.).
• Manage appointments, fittings, and follow-ups to ensure timely order completion and customer satisfaction.
• Drive walk-in traffic through local outreach, neighborhood visits, and partner referrals.
• Maintain accurate order records, measurements, and delivery schedules.
• Handle customer queries, resolve minor complaints, and escalate issues when needed.
• Meet monthly sales and conversion targets; track performance and suggest local promotions.

Qualifications and skills

• Experience: 0–3 years in retail, tailoring, or customer-facing sales preferred; freshers with strong communication encouraged.
• Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and customer service; basic negotiation and upselling; familiarity with measurement terminology is a plus.
• Attributes: Polite, presentable, punctual, target-oriented, comfortable working in a busy shop environment.
