Sales Executive

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and achieving business growth. This role requires a motivated professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Enter and update customer information in the database
Handle grievances to preserve the company s reputation
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
