As a Real Estate Sales Executive, your primary focus will be on engaging with clients and converting leads into successful deals. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams. Your qualifications and skills will play a crucial role in your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and nurture client leads to close deals for residential and commercial real estate projects. - Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing individual transactions and contributing to overall team goals. - Build a strong sales pipeline through active prospecting and networking. - Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions. - Ensure high client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. - Stay updated on market trends, competitive projects, and pricing strategies to effectively position the company's offerings. - Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's real estate portfolio to confidently communicate value propositions. - Work closely with the marketing and sales support teams to generate quality leads. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and post-sales processes for clients. Qualification Required: - Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience: 3-5 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in residential or commercial projects. - Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets. - Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Customer-centric approach with the ability to build trust and rapport. Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
