Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive sales for our farmland projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, telecalling, digital platforms, and field visits. Engage with potential customers, explain project features, and handle inquiries effectively. Conduct site visits with clients and provide end-to-end guidance throughout the sales process. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Maintain sales records, update CRM, and provide regular reporting to the sales manager. Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate). Strong communication and negotiation skills (English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools. Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory if sales experience is strong).
