Sales Executive

We are seeking dynamic and energetic Sales Executives to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresher’s who are motivated, ambitious, and eager to build a career in IT Sales & Business Development. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building strong relationships, and helping achieve sales targets within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs.
• Engage with the technical team to provide faster resolution to technical issues.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans as set by the sales Lead.
• Track and report on sales activities and outcomes.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
• Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Prepare regular sales reports for the sales Lead.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree & Masters in Business, Marketing.
• 1 Years in software sales & Freshers also can apply
• Willing to travel to client places
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Built Rapport with customer satisfaction.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
