As a Sales Executive/Associate at Tred+, your role will involve new business development, lead generation, and account management. You will need strong communication skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and research potential clients interested in investment products such as FDs and RDs. - Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities. - Maintain accurate sales and client databases and prepare presentations, reports, and sales materials for client meetings. - Engage in client communication and follow-up activities. - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience. - Analyze data to provide insights for improving sales strategies. - Support special projects, campaigns, or new initiatives as needed. Qualifications: - Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or related fields. - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Interest in the financial services and investment sectors (Experience in finance or supply chain sectors is advantageous). - Experience with Fixed deposits (FD), recurring deposits (RD), and venture capital (VC) is a plus. - Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. - A Bachelor's degree is required (a Master's degree would be a plus).,
