    20k/month + Sales Incentive


About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our travel company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing both pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure an exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and client engagement.
  • Conduct pre-sales activities such as client meetings, product presentations, and travel itinerary consultations.
  • Manage post-sales follow-ups, including customer support, feedback collection, and repeat business initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer needs, and market insights to refine strategies.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to expand brand presence.


Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and tailor travel solutions accordingly.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
