We're a growing brand with a vision to spread joy through every event we curate. Key Responsibilities: Convert incoming leads into confirmed bookings through strong sales communication. Consult with clients via WhatsApp, calls, and Instagram to understand their event needs. Share suitable theme ideas, quotations, and decor add-ons. Coordinate with the design and execution team to finalize decor elements. Maintain lead tracking sheets and ensure timely follow-ups. Achieve monthly sales targets with consistent performance. Requirements: 0-1 year of experience in sales (preferably in events/lifestyle sector). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and Instagram professionally. Good aesthetic sense and passion for party decor. Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
