Consult with clients via WhatsApp, calls, and Instagram to understand their event needs. Share suitable theme ideas, quotations, and decor add-ons. Coordinate with the design and execution team to finalize decor elements. Maintain lead tracking sheets and ensure timely follow-ups. Achieve monthly sales targets with consistent performance. Requirements: 0-1 year of experience in sales (preferably in events/lifestyle sector). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and Instagram professionally. Good aesthetic sense and passion for party decor. Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
