See our insta page at tosstheballoon.com The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Events Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of our events across Bengaluru. This is a critical leadership role responsible for managing logistics, people, inventory, and vendor relationships, ensuring all operations run smoothly and creatively meet our clients expectations. Key Responsibilities Event Execution & Logistics End-to-End Event Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of an event, ensuring smooth coordination from preparation through completion. On-Site Execution: Take final responsibility for proper work execution, ensuring the team arrives on time, completes the setup efficiently, and maintains our high standard of quality. Travel Required: Must be able to travel extensively across Bengaluru for event decorations and operational needs. Supply Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure supplies are available and confirm the logistical feasibility of new orders. Operations, Procurement & Inventory Procurement: Manage the sourcing and purchasing of event materials, including raw materials for decoration (like balloons and accessories) and event-specific items, from both the market and various vendors. Inventory Management: Oversee and manage the inventory of raw materials kept in the office to ensure adequate stock levels and minimal wastage. Team & Vendor Management Labor Management: Lead and manage the execution team, including assigning tasks, ensuring work is completed accurately, and overseeing quality control. Recruitment: Be responsible for hiring execution staff and labor as needed to support event demands and business growth. Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with key external partners such as photographers, emcees, furniture suppliers, and other event vendors to ensure seamless service delivery. What You'll Bring Experience: Proven experience in a logistics, operations, or event management role (preferably in the events or service industry). Creativity & Detail: A strong combination of creativity to understand event aesthetics and exceptional attention to detail to manage operational complexities. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring accountability and high performance. Organizational Skills: Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
