Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli. The Employee will carry out day-to-day operations which may include customer service, assisting clients with financial transactions, maintaining records, and adhering to company policies and procedures. The role requires interacting with customers, providing solutions to their queries, and contributing to achieving organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Communication skills to build rapport with clients and handle inquiries effectively
Strong organizational and Record-Keeping skills for accurately maintaining financial and non-financial data
Basic understanding of Financial Services and Products
Proficiency in Computer Applications and Technology tools
Prior experience in banking, finance, or customer service sectors is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Graduate degree in any discipline is required; relevant certifications in finance or customer service are beneficial
