Role Description

dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive

• Engage with prospective customers (via calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Shopify inquiries) and convert leads into sales.
• Guide customers through

  customization options

   (wood types, polish shades, upholstery fabrics, storage mechanisms, rattan detailing, etc.).Maintain detailed product knowledge to confidently address client queries on dimensions, durability, and design options.
• Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customization accuracy.
• Generate new business through interior designers, architects, builders, and real estate partnerships.
• Maintain a CRM/database of leads, track conversions, and prepare sales reports.
• Upsell and cross-sell furniture categories to maximize order value.
• Support marketing campaigns by providing customer insights and feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in

  furniture, interior design, or luxury retail sales

  .
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; ability to build trust with clients.
• Passion for design, furniture, and home interiors.
• Proficiency in using digital tools – Shopify, Instagram, WhatsApp Business,MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with both B2C and B2B sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-growing startup environment with accountability.
